During the period from October 27-28, 2023, the Turkish Defense Shooting Championship Turkish National IDPA Championship Tier 3 was held in Plovdiv (Bulgaria). More than a hundred athletes from countries such as Turkey, Romania, Moldova, Serbia, Bosnia, Estonia, Lithuania and others competed for the titles of the fastest and most accurate.
A fairly complex match consisted of 14 exercises, with a minimum number of shots of 240.

The delegation of athletes from Moldova consisted of 5 people: Sergiu Botnari, Alexandru Urechin, Dmitri Popov, Victor Statnic and Alex Drambulco; Statnic and Drambulco acted not only as athletes, but also as international class Safety Officers.
